Password Reset Tool Documentation

 

 

The first step is to enroll yourself into the AD SelfService Portal. Open a browser and navigate to: https://selfservice.atlantatech.edu/ you will see the screen below. Enter your username and password then Select the domain where your login is located. Atlantatech for faculty and staff or student for students and press Login.

Next you will be asked to enroll in a verification method. Select security questions and click next.

On the next screen select your questions, fill in your answers. And click next.

The ‘Complete your enrollment now’ screen will appear. Select ‘Click Here’.

The SMS setup screen will appear next. Enter your cell phone number and click ‘send code’. When the code arrives enter it in the verification text box and select ‘Verify code and continue’.

You will then get a message indicating that your enrollment is complete.

At this point you can use the Password tab to reset your password.

          AD SelfService can also be used with a mobile app. If you would like to install the mobile app while logged into the selfservice portal there is a link located under the profile tab on the right.

Click mobile access. Follow the instruction to download the app on the screen that appears next.

To Update the server settings manually in the mobile app use:

 

Address: selfservice.atlantatech.edu

Port: 443

Protocol: https
